In 2nd class we love completing Chair movement breaks to music. We also love our dance off movement breaks too. When I asked my class what they thought of movement breaks, they said that it helped them focus on the next activity and "shake the sillies out". We are mindful to calm our hearts and brains after a movement break so we love playing with playdough, taking an imaginary walk through the forest or drawing mindful pictures to calm music. 😄
