This half term, Catherine's 4th class studied the Wild Atlantic Way, exploring the counties in the West of Ireland and bringing it alive with RTE's "Wild Atlantic Kids" docuseries. With each episode, they practiced note taking, mapping the journey and the stops along the way. Next, they chose a county to research in depth and finally, used persuasive and informative writing, as well as art, to create their own tourism brochures!
