During Wellbeing Week, our whole school took part in a range of fun and meaningful activities focused on supporting positive wellbeing. Students took part in daily check-ins and activities that encouraged them to talk about their emotions and to look out for one another. Through class discussions and whole-school activities, children were encouraged to check in with their friends, practise kindness, and understand the importance of supporting each other’s wellbeing. The week helped to promote a positive, caring school environment where everyone felt valued and supported.
We all joined together in a whole school art project which explored how we can look after our wellbeing both at home and in school, with a strong emphasis on recognising and managing our feelings.
